Rainfall, low temperatures expected on Wednesday, Thursday

Temperatures are expected to continue to drop in almost all parts of Egypt on Wednesday and Thursday, with rainfall expected in the capital Cairo, according to the Egyptian Metrological Authority (EMA).

High temperatures in Cairo and the northern part of the country are forecast at 23-22 degrees Celsius, with lows expected at 16.

Heavy rainfall is expected on Wednesday in the country’s northern coast, while light rains are forecast in Cairo and the Nile Delta governorates on Wednesday and Thursday.

The EMA is advising Egyptians to wear warm clothes, especially at night and in the early morning, and avoid high speeds while driving due to dense morning fog.
