Sisi’s student paper – Read his view of democracy in the Middle East

Last year, the Washington-based Judicial Watch foundation released an academic paper penned by Abdel Fattah al-Sisi during his 2006 studies at the US Army War College.

The paper reveals the strongman’s views on democracy in the Middle East.
