An explosion occurred beside a Central Security Forces (CSF) camp in the city of Suez., Ahram’s Arabic news website has reported.
Anti-government militants attacked with an RPG on Saturday afternoon a Central Security Force camp in the city of Suez before opening heavy fire on the camp, said General Hani Abdel-Latif, the spokesperson for the ministry of interior.
Ahram Arabic news website had earlier reported that a car bomb detonated outside the camp.
According to eye witnesses, there have been ongoing clashes at the site between the militants and security forces around the camp using live ammunition.
