Five workers were killed on Saturday when a scaffold collapsed in the Sinai Cement factory in central Sinai, state-run MENA quoted health ministry deputy in North Sinai as saying.
Ambulance cars rushed to the collapse site to transfer the injured workers, Tarek Khater said, adding that initial reports reveal that the number of casualties exceeds 40.
