Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has pardoned 165 detained youth to mark the Islamic holy month of Ramadan that starts tomorrow, Al-Ahram Arabic website reported on Wednesday.
The names of those who have been pardoned are yet to be announced.
