Egypt court releases Italian tourist accused of killing hotel manager on bail pending investigation

A Hurghada Court has ordered on Sunday the release on bail of an Italian tourist allegedly  involved in beating an Egyptian hotel manager to death in the Red Sea resort of Marsa Alam mid August pending investigation

The court set the bail at EGP 100,000 (around $5,600) for the release of the tourist.

According to the Egyptian tourism ministry, the assault took place when a heated argument erupted after the hotel manager warned the tourist and his two children to leave an off-limits construction area in the hotel.
