Egypt’s PM Beblawi goes to Tahrir celebration

Egyptian Prime Minister Hazem el-Beblawi went to Tahrir Square on Saturday to check on security during celebrations of the third anniversary of the January 25 uprising, the state news agency said.

Families started hearing to Tahrir earlier to celebrate amid heavy security and fireworks while police dispersed a demonstration in a street nearby Tahrir for chanting anti-government slogans.

Muslim Brotherhood supporters have also called for demonstrations against the army.
