The control room of the gas pipeline passing by Almshayah village, Asyut exploded early Thursday morning.
Head of Criminal Investigation Hassan Saef received notification reporting an explosion in the control room of the gas pipeline.
The civil protection forces and fire trucks immediately rushed to the scene of the explosion. The gas company was informed about the explosion and was asked to stop gas pumping to control the fire.
