Morsi’s son arrested for possession of hashish

Former President Mohamed Morsi’s son, Abdullah, was arrested early Saturday, on charges of possession of hashish, during a security ambush in Qalyubia, a security source told Youm7.

Abdullah Morsi was arrested along with another man in a car, after the officers in the Fifth District in Obour City became suspicious of the car with tinted windows, and inspected its license and registration, the source said.

The officers found two hashish cigarettes in the car, and a report was filed on the incident and referred to the prosecution to carry out investigations, added the source.
