A car bomb exploded on Sunday in Rafah after security forces detonated it following inspection, a security source told Youm7 on Sunday.
The source said that the car had been standing in front of Rafah’s local council.
Following the explosion, Masoura Square was closed off by security forces, and residents were prevented from entering, witnesses told Youm 7.
