According to Sky News Arabia, the blast occurred in the city of Cairo on Friday.
The vehicle carrying tourists reportedly blew up near the Giza pyramid complex. Addressing the incident, the Egyptian Interior Ministry stated that two Chinese tourists were injured, adding that the blast was caused by an improvised explosive device.
There are dead and wounded due to the incident, Sky News Arabia reported citing sources.
