The Armed Forces seized on Wednesday a vehicle loaded with explosives in Martyr Ahmed Hamdy tunnel, said Armed Forces spokesperson Tamer al-Refaei on his official Facebook page.
Two people in the vehicle were arrested, according to Refaei, adding that these explosive materials are used in manufacturing IEDs.
Refaei said legal measures were taken against those arrested.
