Warm weather expected for Thursday, Cairo: 33C

Meteorologists expect warm weather on Egypt’s northeastern coasts on Thursday, while hotter weather is expected across the country’s remaining parts.

Cold weather will dominate the country overnight.

Mist will affect visibility during morning hours on the country’s northern coast.

Low and medium level cloud cover is predicted for the north. Winds will be mostly southwesterly and moderate in eastern areas, disturbing sand and dust.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will range between 1.5 to 2 meters high, with northwesterly surface winds in both seas while waves in the Red sea will be light to moderate and range between 1 to 1.5 meters with southeasterly surface winds.

Maximum temperatures predicted for the following cities are as follows: 33C in Cairo, 24C in Alexandria, 37C in Qena, 37C in Luxor, and 38C in Aswan.
