Death toll in N. Sinai mosque attack rises to 309

The death toll of the North Sinai mosque terrorist attack has risen to 309 after more injured victims passed away, according to a list published by the North Sinai Health Directorate.

According to a source at the Directorate, eight injured victims are still receiving treatment at al-Arish General Hospital, including three who are in serious condition.

Four other cases has been transferred to Ismailia and Cairo hospitals, while another three left the hospital after they were cured.

Between 25 to 30 terrorists, who carried an Islamic State flag, carried out Friday’s attack on the al-Rowda mosque in North Sinai, according to a statement issued by Public Prosecutor Nabil Sadek on Saturday.
