Highs of 19C in Cairo, Alexandria forecast for Thursday

Mild weather is predicted to prevail in the north on Thursday, according to meteorologists.

Visibility will be reduced in the morning on north coasts, the Delta, Cairo, canal provinces, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt. Low- and medium-level clouds will be seen in the north, accompanied by light rains in the east. Northeastern winda will blow across the Suez Gulf, which will disturb maritime navigation.

Highs of 19C will be felt in Cairo and Alexandria.

Mediterranean waves will rise to heights of 1.5-2 meters with northeastern winds blowing across, while Red Sea waves will reach 2-2.5 meters with northwestern winds.

Warm weather will prevail in Upper Egypt during the daytime and fall to extremely cold temperatures overnight.

Highs of 22C will be felt in Qena, 23C in Luxor and 24C in Aswan.
